How do I make reservations for the package?

What all is included in the package?

  • Access to 4 Rooms of Live Music
  • Overnight Guest Room Accommodations
  • Coors Light, Blue Moon, and Miller Lite Draft in addition to house wines & soft drinks will be included in your package  from 8:30 pm-1: 30 am
  • Selection of Hors d’oeuvres in Each Room created by our Executive Chef

  • Full Breakfast on New Year’s Morning to include Mimosa and Bloody Mary Bar
  • Special hotel rate of $79 the day before or the day after (30th or 1st) in case you’re not quite ready to go home or want to start the New Year Early!

What are the package prices?

  • Overnight Accommodations at the Crowne Plaza for (2) Guests: $329.00 Two & One room suites are also available for $379 per couple.  Suites include one king bed as well as a separated living room area and extra ½ bath.
  • Overnight Accommodations at the Crowne Plaza for (1) Guest: $199.00
  • Overnight Accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express (next door to the Crowne plaza) for (2) Guests: $309.00
  • Overnight Accommodations at the Holiday Inn Express for (1) Guest: $179.00
  • When the Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express sell out, we will be partnering with additional hotels close by and offering shuttle service back and forth to those hotels.

Are taxes and service charge added to the base price?
The package prices are inclusive of tax and service charge.  No additional surcharges charges will apply.

What is the lineup of live music?

Lick Creek, Captain Geech & The Shrimp Shack Shooters, The Collective, and MojoCats will provide entertainment and dancing all night long!  To learn more about each of these bands, please visit their respective pages.

What food and beverage is included in the package price?

  • A selection of hors d’oeuvres, created by our Executive Chef Brad Crites, is included in your package and will be available in each room.  Hors d’oeuvres will be served from 9pm-11:30pm and each ballroom will feature different selections.
  • Coors Light, Blue Moon, and Miller Lite Draft in addition to house wines & soft drinks will be included in your package  from 8:30 pm-1: 30 am
  • Cash bars for liquor purchase will be available in each room.
  • Late night snacks will be served in both the 1st and 2nd floor lobby for those late-night cravings between 12:30am-2am.
  • A full hot breakfast buffet is included for each guest with the package.  Including omelet and pancake stations as well as Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s included

Do you have to be 21 years of age to attend this event?

Yes, all attendees must be 21 years of age to register and enter our ballrooms.  Guests will be provided wristbands upon check-in which must be worn at all times and will be used to verify age when entering the various rooms as well as identification at the bars.  Our apologies in advance however due to the nature of this event, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance or able to book a hotel room.

Is there a dinner served as part of the package?

An optional Prime Rib Dinner Buffet in the Long 9 Restaurant is available from 4pm-8pm and available by reservation.  The cost is $75.00 inclusive per couple and is not part of the package and may be purchased separately.  For dinner reservations please call 217.585.2830.

What times are the bands performing?  Must I choose one band to see?

The bands will perform simultaneously throughout the evening.  You may move from room to room in order to enjoy as few or as many as you choose.  The MojoCats will begin at approximately 830pm, The Collective approximately 8:45 pm. Lick Creek approximately 9:30pm and Captain Geech starting approximately 9:45pm.  All entertainment will be concluded by 1:30 am.  The hotel is coordinating the bands break times so they are staggered and there is music playing all night long! These times are tentative start times and subject to change.

May I bring in any of my own food or beverage?

All food and beverage consumed in our ballrooms must be supplied through the hotel.  Any outside liquor may not be brought into the hotel or consumed on premises.

What are the check-in and check-out times for the hotel?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm and early check-in may be available depending upon availability, however will not be known until day of check in.  All guests purchasing our NYE Package will receive a late 1:00pm checkout on January 1st.

Is there a dress code for the evening?

Dress to Impress.  While there will be a wide variety we ask that everyone keep it respectful so that no other guests are offended

Are individual tickets available without an overnight stay?

While we of course would like to see everyone stay safe and stay overnight with us, there will be a limited number of tickets available for those not staying with us.  These will be sold on a first come, first serve basis and available by calling the Crowne Plaza Sales Office at 217.585.2830.  The cost is $210 per couple.

How is my payment processed?  Is there a deposit and when will I be charged?

The credit card placed on file at the time of booking will be charged in full on December 3, 2018 for the entire stay.  If we are unable to process your payment, we will make one attempt to contact you for an alternate payment method before cancelling your reservation.  After this date, we are unable to process any changes or cancellations.
